I’m a Portland-native with 30 years of experience in the art of arranging flowers. My journey began when I was asked to manage the flower department at Stroheckers, where I cultivated my skills and honed my craft for five years. Although life got in the way and I eventually needed to follow a different professional path within the corporate realm, my heart remained committed to all things floral. I continued to devote my spare time to creating beautiful arrangements for special occasions, never losing sight of my true passion. Now, I’m happy to say that I am once again pursuing my love for floral design, having opened Sara's Flowers in 2022. To witness the positive effect that flowers have on people's emotions fuels my creativity, inspiring me to go above and beyond in crafting bespoke and unforgettable bouquets for every milestone and even on the days we deem just because.
